QUAD Lands $450 Million Contract

On September 20, Quad Graphics reported that it landed a $450 million printing contract. The Minnesota-based company will print all catalogs for the online retailer and fellow Minnesotans, Bluestem Brands, Inc.

 

The news triggered a level 3 Sonal alert at 4:05 pm. The next trade occurred at 4:13 pm in after-hours trading for $20.1645. The market opened the next day at $20.27.

The stock price faded throughout the first day of trading. Over the next four days, however, the price trended up to a close of $23.16.
