Aetna Better Health of Florida Awarded Florida Healthy Kids Contract

On August 15, Aetna Better Health of Florida, a CVS Health company (CVS), announced that it was awarded a new, statewide contract with the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation. The five-year contract begins on January 1, 2020. Aetna Better Health will be one of only two companies providing managed care services to Florida Healthy Kids members throughout the state.

 

Sonal alerted subscribers about the event at 8:00 am. CVS opened for regular market trading at $58.80. The stock price climbed higher throughout the event day, and the gains continued over the next four trading sessions. CVS closed at $61.65 on August 21 for a five-day gain of 4.85%.
