North American Construction Group Announces New Contract Award

North American Construction Group Ltd. (NOA) announced on October 22 that the company was awarded a construction project as part of a joint venture with Nuna Group. The contract is for a two-year construction project of a gold mine in Northern Ontario. The project is valued at over $250 million, and construction is set to begin in late 2020.

 

Sonal alerted subscribers about the event at 8:55 am. The last trade took place the previous afternoon at 4:00 pm for $6.51. The stock price spiked above $7.75 at the market open before pulling back later in the day. The gains, however, continued over the next four trading sessions NACG closed at $8.05 on October 28 for a five-day gain of 17%.
